Global Account Manager

At the same time, the asks of communications are bigger than ever: ‘make my brand no.1’, ‘help me become the most loved brand in the category’, ‘get me growth whilst my competitors decline.’ So we HAVE to help clients make bolder moves. We need to take them down different, braver, more profitable paths. That’s what we do.
Zenith is one of five distinct agency brands within Publicis Media, one arm of Publicis Groupe. Publicis Media is a brand-led organisation powered by the scale and insight of the practices; Publicis Media Exchange, Publicis Media Content, Performics, Data Sciences and Commerce.
Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are “Dedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions”. They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating.
They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen and Toilet hygiene across both B2C and B2B.
They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 (award-winning campaign), celebrating women’s intimate V zone.
They also have a strong focus on sustainability, which is a key pillar of each brand’s marketing strategy.
Aligned to one of our top clients, this exciting Account Manager role will require your strong organisational skills and planning superpowers! These strengths will come into play whilst talking to a variety of Marketing and Digital Managers at Essity as well as Planners in multiple markets - collaborating with the team to achieve greatness.
Your ability to multitask is second to none and will be called upon every day.
As a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA, NA, and LatAm markets.
Reporting to the Global Account Director and working very closely with the Global Strategy and Digital Directors to develop and launch campaign ecosystems and toolkits that are fit for purpose for local activation.
In the Central team, there are 8 of us across client servicing, strategy and digital. We also have 2 Digital Hubs that activate performance media centrally for some of the brands: Tena, Libresse (B2C) and Tork (B2B).
All based in London and a diverse group of Nationalities including English, Lebanese, American, Colombian and French. Just think of the new languages you can learn!
- Proven experience in working with teams and clients remotely
- Ability to represent the agency in client meetings
- Strong organisational skills. Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience working across multiple markets and working with a diverse team
- Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of the digital ecosystem
