This is a dream role for any Brand Manager who has a real passion for coffee, food and drink! We have picked up a fantastic brief to work with this business that has been established for close to a decade, and they're now going through their next phase of growth! 

With retail shops dotted around London, a strong e-commerce platform that sells their product, and huge growth ambitions over the next 3 - 5 years, this is a perfect to for any Brand Manager to join this team and really make an impact. 

The Brand Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, Designers and others within the marketing team and you'll be instrumental in leading the company's activation and integrated work. The Brand Manager will work closely with the creatives to help deliver all of the marketing and creative work for the business, and plan the future marketing and creative activity, working closely with the marketing team and external agencies. 

The role will be very hands-on, working across all key channels and the brand is looking for a dynamic and multi-talented Brand Manager with a strong competency in brand and digital - a strategic thinker with a natural creative flair and a strong propensity to ‘get things done’ to a best-in-class standard.

With 9 new store openings planned for the next 18 months, an expanding ecosystem and ambitions to define a world-leading digital experience, this role is the perfect opportunity for a well rounded 360 Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Reporting to Marketing Director and working closely with in-house Creative Designer, the Brand Manager will form part of a tight group delivering campaigns and assets on a weekly basis. A key focus of the role will involve supporting the existing seven cafes to provide a best-in-class customer experience, whilst also helping to drive the growing digital proposition. The Brand Manager will be a confident individual with the ability to speak up and add value to the room, in a considered manner, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.

The Brand Manager must be able to write solid creative briefs, be a strong copywriter, and demonstrate an ability to feedback on creative design work on a daily basis. The Brand Manager will have a track record of delivering across digital environments (specifically eCommerce).

The Brand Manager will be responsible for owning, copywriting and briefing all brand marketing campaigns and assets. Working with the team to develop creative ideas, brand plans, marketing campaigns and strategies for online brand and product growth.

The Brand Manager will oversee the website, ecommerce site and content, and management of the subscription offers. The Brand Manager will oversee CRM, owning customer retention and growth through all email campaigns, flows, and associated analytics. Working with the Marketing Director to ensure customer lifetime value is understood and maximised.

Working closely with the creative director and marketing director, the Brand Manager will assist in shaping the brand's story, identity and brand building communications that attract fans not customers.

The Brand Manager will own and execute comms that drive customers in-store and online, ensuring sales continue to climb and customers are engaged. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will work closely with the Community Manager and Creative Director to assist with social and content planning, strategy, execution and analytics. 

The Brand Manager will lead on POS and customer activation assets across all cafes including, new product launches and cafe support. Supporting day-to-day cafe success, ensuring menus, labels, signage, promotions and branding are consistent and reinforce the brand story.

The Brand Manager will work closely with Head of Product to support key new product launches in the calendar, ensure all products are delivered with excellence and support the ongoing growth of the brand and sales pipelines.
