Senior Account Manager

Do you want to upskill and step into a senior account manager position or continuing growing as a senior account manager within a creative agency? These roles are for you!

My client is a very well-known branding and design agency in London who work with clients on a global scale. I have teamed up with them to provide the top talent.

Project work ranges from strategic brand and visual ID development, to retail campaign development and implementation, brand films and stills/moving image shoots for campaigns and brand guardianship.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a strong Account Manager and a Senior Account Manager to support one of our Account Directors working on a variety of tech, health and beauty accounts.

  • The ideal candidate will have brand development and 360 integrated communications experience and be comfortable running projects and accounts simultaneously.


You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and creating project briefs, scoping projects (budgets/costings, timelines, etc), and managing the running of projects, driving strategy and creative teams,
  • Making sense of client feedback and finding the best way of passing this on to the internal team,
  • Booking resource
  • Working closely with their account lead in order to ensure delivery of quality work, on time and on budget

You will need to be confident and articulate – able to deputise for their account lead when necessary.

You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running. You should be a good communicator who has experience of being client-facing, but who is also capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with clients, a busy management team and other internal colleagues and stakeholders.

Someone with experience managing multiple markets for a global brand would be a huge benefit, with an understanding of different market needs and a sensitivity on how to handle.

The candidate must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis (no two-year work visas).
