Who would be best suited?
This is an ideal first Business Director role for a Senior Account Director ready and eager to make the step up although recently-promoted Business Directors will also be considered.
At either level, you will need to have already worked at a well-known creative agency. You will therefore have experience of the development of clients' brand positioning, the origination of creative thinking and the formation of TV-led campaigns.
Just as importantly, you will mesh seamlessly with the agency's revered company culture. You'll trust and value every one of your team whilst sharing the supportive mind-set of the account handling department.
