Our client is an independent creative tech agency who specialise in delivering beautiful brand experiences.

The agency is looking for an experienced SEO specialist to lead key accounts, drive SEO best practice and support the growing demand team. It is a role that requires detailed understanding of the latest SEO principles, best practise and ever-changing environments.

The successful candidate will play a big part in shaping the agency's approach to SEO strategy and how it is communicated both to clients and throughout the agency. You will be hands on for larger projects, leading the process from the front, personally completing key taska, identifying opportunities and supporting the wider team.
You will report directly to the Demand Generation Director And work closely with the agencies senior team.

You will need strong communication skills, able to articulate and verbalise strategic thinking to both current clients and wider new business opportunities
Fundamentally you will be able to 

  • Articulate SEO theory and best practice internally and externally. 
  • Provide strategic input and hands-on technical SEO support across all levels of task. 
  • Produce and present internally and externally SEO and demand-focused documentation.  
  • Inspire client and agency stakeholders around SEO / demand principles and strategy. 
  • Solve SEO challenges and provide expert-level issue resolution across all areas of SEO. 
  • Creatively apply SEO and demand theory to clients, highlighting the value of specific activity. 
  • Prioritise tasks based on client objectives and a granular understanding of their impact. 
  • Identify opportunities and evolving processes in collaboration with data scientists. 
  • Interrogate data and technical reports, identifying opportunities and providing actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Act as the Demand Team lead for key accounts. Developing client relationships and building trust. 
  • Act as a standard bearer within the demand team, leading by example. 
  • Exert influence on the team both implicitly and explicitly by imparting technical expertise and experience.  
  • Proactively and independently research emerging technologies, principles and systems – even where there is no direct demand within the client base at the time. 
  • Accurately estimate complicated projects and work packages.
