 The role

This role will be working directly with mid-level clients to deliver award-winning and profitable projects. You will be supporting the client services team and be a key point of contact for the client throughout the life cycle of the project, from strategy and branding to content creation and website build.

Responsibilities

- Manage day to day delivery of projects and report to senior team

- Write proposals

- Prepare for meetings and deliver contact reports

- Assist on new business pitches

- Create and deliver on budget to ensure projects are profitable

- Develop relationships with key suppliers

Skills

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing website builds, email and digital marketing campaigns

- Organised and calm under pressure  

- Great attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Good understanding of branding and agency operations

- Strong IT skills and an interest in technology
