Major Players are looking for an experienced Digital Account Director to join an award winning PR and Communications agency in Bristol. If you have an appetite to work across a diverse and exciting portfolio of B2C and B2B clients, taking a pivotal role in the growth of small dynamic team this agency is the place for you!

This Agency is a part of a collective of creative agencies, forming a powerhouse group led by entrepreneurs who encourage an individuality and empowering their employees. You’ll work for a great mid-sized agency but also enjoy the advantages of being a part of a wider group that includes 1,000 people across 27 locations and 3 continents.

You’ll have wealth of experience of client management and digital expertise, whilst providing quality control for all client work created by the team, managing budgets and ensuring profitability. You will have the expectation of gaining new business and have full responsibility for growing the digital client base.

Location – Bristol
Flexible working – 2 days max in the office a week is possible
Salary - £45k pa

The role

  • Work closely with account teams to scope out and deliver digital projects, and manage projects of your own

  • Be confident delivering forming digital strategies that produce results

  • Have hands on knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social (paid and organic) with an understanding of web development also important

  • Be able to manage digital specialists in some areas e.g. front end website development

  • Be comfortable as the key client lead on some accounts

  • Support on a programme of internal education, ensuring client teams have an understanding of digital services

  • Drive organic growth with existing clients

  • Working knowledge of the following tools is key: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, SEMRush, and SEO Moz.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing, creative, efficient, paid campaigns that deliver

  • A comprehensive understanding of SEO

  • Understanding of Digital PR

  • Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills

  • Analytical skills, forming clear, data driven reports for clients

  • Ability to inspire others by sharing your knowledge and experience

  • Great project management skills

  • Great client management skills

  • Management of your own time and that of others

  • An understanding – and interest in – the digital marketing landscape

  • Experience of managing influencer campaigns would also be a large bonus.
