Our client is a global marketing agency group that specialise in the interactive games and media entertainment sector. With offices dotted all over the world, they have established themselves as a localised player within this global market space.

We are now seeking a Divisional Head to spearhead their growth strategy over the next couple years and beyond. To achieve this, you will be joining the global leadership team and develop the strategy and business objectives for your division, covering organic and inorganic growth.
Naturally you will have full global P&L responsibility for your divisions delivery and growth as well as agreeing and monitoring KPI’s at all points.
As a Divisional Head you will work with Sales, Commercial and the Marketing PR teams as well as drive M&A initiatives to ensure high levels of return within your remit.
To be suitable for this role we are seeking someone with the following experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing the delivery of creative services
- Excellent knowledge and connections within the games/media entertainment space
- Have a proven track record when it comes to significant business growth via M&A and business management within the entertainment, creative or games space
- Have strong natural leadership skills that will continue to galvanise teams across the world
- Passion for the interactive entertainment space is a must
- Proven ability to work as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplined team
With regards to location, this role will be based out of their London office. However, as this is a global role, you will be required to travel on average 30% of the time (subject to covid restrictions).
