Major Players are working with a pioneering and growing cultural intelligence brand who are looking to appoint a Head of Business Development.

Perfectly positioned for this unprecedented shift to digital, this company has developed an AI platform that they use to provide unbiased, actionable insights in order to help brands understand and tap into pockets of culture that can fuel growth. The company endeavours to create community driven brands of all scales who engage with their audiences in original and meaningful ways and prosper because of it. The collaborative and passionate team are invested in excellence and as such, have built an impressive roster of clients including L'Oréal, Unilever, P&G, Pfizer, Diageo and Samsung and many more.

Winning new business and growing accounts, the team is flourishing and now have a need for a Head of Business Development. In the role, you will take ownership of processes, report on commercial successes and opportunities using data insights, and work in close collaboration with the Managing Director and Senior Stakeholders to develop strategies that you and your team of 4 will execute. This role is hands on as well as strategic so you will be responsible for developing large-scale client sales and activity across all products, therefore a track record of winning large scale business is essential. Your experience working within a data-driven company or role, combined with your knowledge of brand challenges will allow you to make this role a success, as will your confident persona and managerial experience.

The role sits within a relatively flat hierarchy which makes for a brilliant working culture where collaboration is the norm, good ideas can be implemented quickly and no two days are the same.
