Our client, a market leading consultancy made up of expert marketeers and data experts who, together with their extensive knowledge (whether it be data and innovation, strategy and insights, operational support or internal support) and best in-class technology, provide invaluable insight, advice and solutions to enable brands to achieve and maintain profitable growth.
This role reports into the CMO and Digital Director and works closely with the Sales Team.

  • Through relevant content, social posts and events, build and nurture a database of engaged prospects to the point where they become qualified leads for Sales.
  • Ensure the sales / prospect database is up to date with relevant data and its use is being adopted across the sales and marketing teams.


  • Manage the creation of all articles for distribution and publication, including writing, copy-editing, where necessary any artwork and sign off - to the point of final output
  • Manage the creation and delivery of all sales collateral, including writing, copy-editing, where necessary any artwork and sign off - to the point of final output
  • Manage the production of all assets, from video to podcasts, digital or print including coordinating other contributors from within/outside the business
  • Manage the website - responsible for maintaining all content but especially the blogs and case studies (hosted in Hubspot CMS)
  • Maintain the company LinkedIn page and all associated posts, optimising over time for the best organic results.
  • Manage the fortnightly “Keep in Touch” email programme with targeted, warm leads with the aim of converting them into qualified leads (managed in Hubspot)
  • Coordinate attendance to regular series of online events, the CEO Teach-ins, including maximising attendance and subsequent follow-up through relevant content/communications
  • Contribute towards the selection and smooth running of in-person events - content, marketing, communications, venue prep, etc.
  • Own the content on the Prospect and Sales Database (in Hubspot) ensuring it is regularly updated with new prospect details, changes in roles for existing prospects and being used in accordance with current company policies.
  • Support the lead generation process as needed with activities for pre-qualification and engagement.
  • Support contact and retention activities with existing clients.


  • Excellent B2B copywriting skills with a passion for storytelling and distilling complex issues down to what really matters and is of interest to people
  • Experienced in using Hubspot
  • The ability to research and engage experts to create genuine thought leadership, giving a fresh, engaging perspective on key issues for B2C businesses.
  • Experience developing content strategies, nurturing the company's unique voice in the market, ensuring differentiation from competitors and engaging board-level customers.
  • Experience writing across a range of mediums, such as: e-books, whitepapers, blogs, web copy, emails and sales enablement materials such as product brochures.
  • The ability to create powerful, strategic messaging
  • The ability to write copy that is both technical and creative.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Working under pressure to deadlines
  • Experience writing for senior leadership audiences ideally within retail or ecommerce businesses.
