Social Media Executive / Community Manager - £28k - £35k

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive / Community Manager who will be responsible for managing social media channels and communities for the agency's clients and to support in data evaluation and reporting. 

Joining the Social team, the Social Media Executive / Community Manager will always be looking for opportunities to improve quality and performance and showcase true value for clients and the agency. TikTok, Twitch Snapchat are old news to you – and of course, you know Facebook, Instagram and Twitter by heart. We are looking for a well-organised Social Media Executive / Community Manager with a positive, ‘can-do attitude.

You will be a Social Media Executive / Community Manager  with a minimum 2 years of experience, with proven experience managing social accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc. 

We are looking for a Social Media Executive / Community Manager  with proven experience with community management, audience engagement and customer service, including software e.g., Sprout Social.

The Social Media Executive / Community Manager  will have the ability to develop client-facing content calendars, campaign plans and reports.

You will have excellent written and communication skills, social copywriting, and you'll be a Social Media Executive / Community Manager who lead clients and work with both internal and external teams. 

The Social Media Executive / Community Manager  will have experience in developing and following media plans and being able to provide supporting rationale.  

Ideally you'll be a Social Media Executive / Community Manager with experience reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g., Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers) and Google Analytics. 

You will have previous experience of a fast-paced environment/agency and you'll be a Social Media Executive / Community Manager who has an understanding of how to work with other agency teams. 

Best practice is at the heart of everything you do and you'll be a Social Media Executive / Community Manager will excellent attention to detail, and a can do attitude.
