An Ecommerce Coordinator / E-Commerce Trading Assistant, who has experience using Shopify, is needed to join a quintessentially British Luxury brand, based in London. Taking up an exciting integral role, you will be responsible for their online trading, product catalogue and merchandising alongside other ad hoc duties and responsibilities.

Please note - this is a hands-on role which will see you continually learning, implementing ideas, and driving traffic and conversions to their site. 

This role is based above the Flagship Store (W1S), there is some flexibility to work from home, however it is essential that you live within commutable distance to be in the office 3/ 4 days a week.

With over three decades of experience within the industry, they are renowned for offering a myriad of wonderful gifts and products. They are now seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator / E-Commerce Trading Assistant to work alongside shop floor staff overseeing and managing all customer service and mail order queries. As well as being in charge of enhancing engagement and conversion, they will work well with multiple team members across the business to increase sell through.

Joining as the Ecommerce Coordinator / E-Commerce Trading Assistant will be responsible for the online product catalogue and will oversee the publishing process from end to end. You will focus heavily on enhancing engagement and conversion by identifying improvements technically and visually. Whether you are ensuring all information is correct and always up to date, performing content changes, regularly merchandising the website, managing all online imagery, managing the product photography process, producing Shopify reports, updating SEO, coordinating promotions and new product launches, or assisting with mail orders, it will be your passion for improving customer experiences online, that drives continued success. 

To qualify… You should be an Ecommerce Coordinator / E-Commerce Trading Assistant / Digital Optimisation Executive / Digital Optimisation Coordinator / Digital Trading Executive / Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator / Optimisation Web Coordinator or similar with a CV that demonstrates: 

  • You have worked for a luxury brand with exposure to E-commerce platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience using Shopify a must.
  • You have Photoshop / Graphic design skills and interest in product photography.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics. 
  • You are motivated and passionate about improving customer experience online.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and presentation skills.
  • You are a team player.
