Major Players Product Team are looking for a DIGITAL LEAD to join an award-winning agency within the digital space.

 

Purpose of the role

 

This role is key in defining how they operate in the digital space, honing their offering and ensuring they are adding the highest quality value to their relationships & partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and agency partners on data-driven marketing campaign delivery and best practice leading to cross sell opportunities

  • Provide a depth understanding of the marketing technology landscape and be able to advise clients on different providers and facilitate RFP discussions and selection

  • Build and extend digital marketing production capability with scalable teams utilising existing and partner infrastructure.  

  • Provide thought leadership around new and emerging technologies, user behaviours and associated media tactics

  • Work with planning and creative teams to shape technology-based solutions to client marketing objectives

  • Lead the management and delivery of complex multi-stakeholder digital projects such as cross-region web platform delivery and web application builds

  • Ensure that the Quality Assurance process is watertight, seamless, and free of bottle-necks

  • Participate in campaign kick-offs and pre-production meetings, to offer senior guidance and ensure smart thinking and approach from the start and clear plan for project

  • Support client leadership discussions representing their digital marketing capability

  • Work on RFP submission and pitch submissions including client presentations at the c-suite level.

 

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Recent experience working in a digital agency with oversight and some working knowledge of tech such as DCO – an increasingly important field for our clients.

  • Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions

  • Identify new growth strategies for their clients and business.

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution

  • Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives

  • Disciplined in data driven analysis and decision making to identify issues, trends, product enhancements and recommend new approaches.

  • Work collaboratively with  clients, teams internally and with agency partners

  • Be curious and energetic about new technologies and how they might be applied to different business needs

  • Excellent communications skills - strong verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to explain technical information in a manner which is understood by non-technical clients and team members
