Our client, a well respected full service independent agency that has been around for over 20 years who works with both B2C and B2C clients across sectors that include Entertainment, Sport, Education and Pharma, with 70 staff spread across offices in London, Dublin and Belfast, is looking for a Business Development Director who is a self-starter by nature, with strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills and passionate about the creative industry to be the face of the agency and first point of contact for all prospective clients. 
  
With their current growth modelled around large format/full-service recurring revenue clients that gives great strength and stability to the agency, this key role for the agency is to maintain the current successful approach to new business wins over the last 12-18 months with the aim of becoming the UK’s biggest independent brand marketing agency in 3 years.

Here you will devise new and innovative ways to approach new clients as well as attend events to target prospective business.  
As a trusted and knowledgeable advisor, you will also nurture existing client relationships and identify new opportunities to support them.

This role will be based in the London office and reports to the MD and is supported by a Business Executive.
You will have a party “lead generation” contact to supply you with certain large-scale BD leads for consideration, even though organic leads and prospecting is equally as important.
