Account Manager

In this role you will use your flair for project management coupled with your desire and passion to manage projects end-to-end whilst being adaptable using your skills to a variety of tasks and challenges.

You will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the client business, partnering with the project leads and wider creative team ensuring delivery excellence. 

Your role will also see you lend your expertise, insights and advice to the wider team, working with the social team across other markets to ensure quality and consistency as relevant. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting an Account Director in delivering integrated campaigns - including digital, print, moving image, social

  • Creating and overseeing project plans including working with budgets, forecasting and scheduling

  • Regular communication with clients and being the driving force for the work within the agency Plan and executes assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget

  • Delivering polished Client presentations, both written and verbal

  • Actively contributes to overall idea generation with agency team

  • Working with internal creatives and external agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 years + agency or relevant agency experience

  • Excellent experience in project management and account management skills

  • Integrated campaign experience

  • Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment

  • A desire to drive continuous improvement
