Have you got global B2C client experience, exceptional client relationship skills where you are considered a trusted advisor, a lateral thinker with strong strategic skills always looking at what is best for your client and being able to offer them new opportunities?

One of the world’s most respected and award-winning global creative and digital agencies is seeking an experienced Account Director with strong B2C experience to lead on a key global FMCG account.

This is a hybrid role ie - WFH/2 days in the London office and reports into the Senior Account Director and is supported by an Account Manager.  

CORE SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client relationships - establish, maintain and manage client relationships and wider client stakeholders
  • Business Acumen - gain a clear understanding of the client’s business from a strategic and business context in order to develop and offer the client the best possible creative solutions to their business’s problem
  • Lead and manage multiple large complex projects 
  • Creative problem solver – approach each task in an innovative way that is effective for the client
  • Strategic – together with your team approach each task with a clear understanding, offering strategic solutions to ensure the right work is developed to achieve the client’s objectives 
  • Be accountable for work, the process and your team’s actions 
  • Team management - manage, mentor and guide your team in order for them to meet their targets and act as an escalation point for the team in resolving any issues
  • Commercially minded – always keeping well informed of the commercials of all projects you are responsible for and ensure they are on target, as well as manage internal and client conversations that result from additional work charges or from the commercial impact of agency decisions and external influences
  • Team player - work collaboratively across the team and wider agency and maintain strong partnerships with internal key stakeholders who support cross-functional agendas
  • Global experience – being a global account, you will work closely with clients and colleagues in global hubs, notably North America so experience working with South East Asia, USA and/or South America is advantageous though other markets will also be considered.

Our client is offering a salary of £40 - £45k plus benefits.
