Project Director (Brand) – Integrated Creative Agency – Central London / Hybrid – To £75k

Independent design and tech-led integrated creative agency seeks client-facing Project Director with brand experience to lead delivery on a range of stellar accounts.

The agency

This independent creative agency builds category-defining service brands through design and technology. With a client roster of household names (entertainment, utilities, FS, sport and leisure, charity, automotive…) and more than 30 years in the business, their work delivers impressive impact via some incredibly long-standing partnerships.

The agency’s core offering is brand strategy and design (from futureproofing to tone of voice), experience design (digital transformation and customer journey mapping) and tech and data (from strategy to full build).

Based in Central London and 70 strong, the agency is non-hierarchical, relaxed and inclusive and has embraced the new normal extremely positively. They are also growing like crazy, with 20 new hires this year.

The Project Director (Brand) role

The new Project Director will be a brand expert, with experience ranging from brand strategy to brand rollouts and implementations. You will be a ‘go to’ person for brand, lending your experience and expertise to more junior and less experienced colleagues.

An energetic self-starter, you will manage your team and plan, structure, lead and execute delivery programmes. You will also own portfolio financials and get your hands dirty with business development – all while delivering to the best standards, on time and on budget!

Skills and experience required

  • Brand delivery experience in an agency environment
  • Proven experience in setting up and running large programmes of work (£800k+) from initiation, including programme and project plans
  • Experience in defining large account and project governance frameworks
  • Confidence to represent the agency effectively with senior client engagements
  • Experience with digital processes and certified in Prince 2, PMI or SCRUM methodologies a bonus

Salary and benefits

The role carries a salary of up to £75k with a good range of hard and soft benefits. The agency operates a flexible / hybrid policy with a minimum of one day per week in the office. It also offers a positive, inclusive culture and impressive professional growth opportunities. One not to be missed.
