We have been asked to find a Strategist who can work with a famous high street brand. This company enjoys a huge amount of brand love and has built an incredibly loyal group of customers.
The Strategist will be joining a team of some of the agency's brightest minds; a collaborative group who consistently unearth meaningful insights which are translated into innovative thinking.
Working across the customer journey, the Strategist will have oversight of all touchpoints - email, digital, in-store, DM, social, etc. If it's part of the brands direct conversation with the customer, it's part of your remit.
Who would be best suited?
Our brief is to find a Strategist with bags of experience of CX, data-led, customer journey or CRM work. You may have worked exclusively in these fields or else just really enjoyed that part of your role.
The Strategist will also need to fit the company's culture - supportive, positive, adaptable and with great interpersonal skills.
