Midweight Creative (Art) – Independent Strategic Creative Agency – To £45k
Exceptional strategic creative agency with a focus on communication, digital, design, film and innovation seeks conceptual Midweight Creative (Art) for its fast-growing team.
This flourishing, out-of-town agency is really going places. Just three years old and already 25 strong, it drives change by delivering outstanding strategic and creative work for a host of exciting ethical brands, particularly in the food and drink sector.
Now they are looking for a hungry, conceptual Midweight Creative (Art) with agency experience to join their growing team.
Based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, the agency is just 35 minutes by train from London Bridge.
The Midweight Creative role
The agency has a stellar cast of clients that have one thing in common – they all try to do the right thing. From craft gin makers to multinational food companies, each has an ethical focus and wants to drive positive change.
With around four years’ agency experience under their belt, the new Midweight Creative will play a key role in creating work that breaks through the noise and gets noticed.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be concepting and creating ideas and developing them across different channels including shoots, OOH, DOOH and social media (organic and paid) so strength in these areas is a must.
You should also have a strong appetite to learn and develop your creativity in a fast-paced and varied role.
Ideally the Midweight Creative will be office based three days per week, but this is flexible for the right person. This can also be a permanent or temp-to-perm arrangement so you have a chance to try before you buy!
To £45k depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits and a fabulous agency culture.
