This is a vital role for the business that will see the successful candidate reporting directly into the senior management team and taking ownership of some of the agency's leading clients. You'll be responsible for leading a team of your own and the role offers excellent scope for growth to senior level. The ideal candidate will have expereince in a B2B marketing environment at Senior Manager level or above and responsibilities will include:
- Taking full responsibility for the delivery of campaigns and client work on time and within budget.
- Fostering strong, lasting relationships with high value B2B clients. Gaining trust and understanding.
- Leading a developing a team or Account Managers, ensuring they deliver for clients while nurturing their personal development.
