Senior Account Director - £60k to £65k + benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Account Director. If you are looking to step out of creative agencies, and do something different then we want to hear from you today! 

We are hearing lots of people asking about roles that are a bit different, roles were candidates can use their agency skills and client servicing skills, but transfer these skills to a new role and opportunity. Well look no further, this is the perfect role for a Senior Account Director who is looking for a new challenge.

You'll have a better work life balance, you'll work with agencies and brand / marketing teams, and the role focus much more on consultancy.

Our client is a leading intermediary, they help brands find agencies, and agencies find new clients. They sit right in the middle, and they keep these relationships moving. They are looking for a Senior Account Director who can come in, working closely with the Business Director and their 2nd in command. 

The Senior Account Director will report into a Business Director and together with your team you'll service existing member agencies, helping them to get noticed, finessing their agency offering, and then you'll partner with brands and marketing teams to ensure they find the right agency who can service their business the best. 

The role is highly consultative, and we need a Senior Account Director who has presence, can command a room, you'll have gravitas and leadership qualities. The Senior Account Director must understand how agencies operate and work, you'll have a view point about creative work, and you'll be a Senior Account Director who understands how to engage with brands and marketing departments. 

You'll be a very natural leader, a Senior Account Director who can present and direct client relationships, you'll have a view point and an opinion about their business, and the wider agency landscape. You'll be a natural leader when it comes to work with brands and marketing leaders, you'll be calm in your approach and a Senior Account Director who can engage with clarity. 

We need a Senior Account Director who is highly entrepreneurial by nature, someone who enjoys the hustle and working with a variety of stakeholders at anyone given time. You'll be a Senior Account Director who has a real passion for what creative agencies do and the work they make. You'll take a step back from making the work, and the pressures that come with this, and instead you'll be a Senior Account Director who has a more holistic view of what agencies are doing. You'll be a match maker, a Senior Account Director who can clearly see what brands are looking for, and then think about the right agency partner for them. 

The Senior Account Director will be involved in the introductions and some of the pitch processes too. 

This is a really interesting role, and a chance for a Senior Account Director to work with an established team of great people. 

The role is currently all remote, but they have an office in Central London and are coming in from time to time. A hybrid working model at the moment.
