Major Players are working with an amazing global marketing agency who focus on insights, creativity and technology that motive people to take meaningful action. They are looking for a UI Designer with agency experience who will play a pivotal role in their growing digital team based in Leeds.
The Role / Company
The UI Designer will collaborate primarily with specialists across user experience strategy, software development, copywriters and digital production. You will also work with the wider creative team of specialists, strategists, programme leads and clients; both in the UK and internationally.
As a key senior player in the team, you will ideate and design digital interactive solutions for many different sectors and audiences. From custom websites and apps to interactive comms and product experiences for clients such as BMW, HSBC and Monzo. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills and creativity across a wide variety of briefs for many of the world's leading brands and global organisations.
This role is based in Leeds; in their newly re-furbished creative hub. You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days a week to collaborate with the team.

Skills & ExperienceDegree or similar in web, digital or graphic design7+ years' relevant experience inc. working in a multi-client digital software team, agency or similarProven expertise in ideating solutions that deliver against KPIs and designing contemporary interactive digital / UI design across various digital comms or experiential solutions, with a portfolio to matchAdvanced understanding and awareness of digital mar/comms and experiential technologies, modern web standards, HCD / UX / UI best practice, tools, trends and end-to-end development processesDemonstratable experience of creating efficient responsive UI design for web, including working with development teams to devise effective solutions that are optimised for build Expert design skills using Figma with good understanding of Photoshop, After Effects and Lottie preferredExperience or interest in 3D modelling for web e.g. Cinema 4D or Unity preferred, but not essentialGreat communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and discuss ideas with colleagues and clients at all levelsLogical thinker and accomplished problem solver, with attention to detail that's second to noneCommercially aware and highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and act decisively in an every changing fast-paced creative environment
