Who you are
Experienced Account Director with excellent team management skills
Data lover, very analytical and KPI driven
Competent in managing multiple clients and stakeholders
Interest and understanding of gen Z and youth marketing
Ability to hit the ground running
Experiential and digital experience preferred
Paid social experience preferred but not essential
At Seed we see our Account Directors as the most important role to the business, our Account Directors are our leaders, they lead everything they are exposed to, they lead their team, their line managers and their clients, they set the pace and direction of their accounts.

From winning and growing new and existing clients to ensuring all clients experience seamless management. Our Account Directors go above and beyond ensuring KPI’s are exceeded, resulting in ultimate client satisfaction. This is a fundamental part of the role that we expect our Account Directors to instil in their team, utilising the agency's process whilst doing so.

Our Account Directors oversee all strategic output, they are expected to have a very strong and well informed strategic point of view. This requires acquiring a deep understanding of the client's business model. They are confident in presenting a compelling strategic argument to their clients.
Creatively Passionate
Our Account Directors are genuinely enthusiastic, curious and interested in all things creative, keeping up to date on what's best in class across the industry. This passion should translate into strong creative judgement, a respect for the idea and a dedication to making it work
Commercially Savvy
Our Account Directors are responsible for the day to day financials of their team. They are capable of structuring project fees, overseeing cost estimates, managing and tracking resource, reconciling cost estimates and are constantly aware of the overall profitability of their accounts (GP% and NP%).
They have an in-depth understanding of their clients business and how to achieve their objectives, clients actively seek their advice, whilst identifying areas that can be actively converted into commercial opportunities for Seed. They are comfortable with negotiating and managing conflict effectively.
They own financial forecasting for their channel, ensuring we are forecasting accurately to enable sufficient and accurate resource management.
They are continuously growing and seeking new opportunities within their channel and across new business relationships
Results driven
They are ultimately responsible for their teams output, they have an overview of all operations and objectives across each account, ensuring results are exceed each time and learnings are taken forward and shared across the business
Relationship forgers
Our Account Directors are considered business critical and the ‘go-to’ for all clients. They represent Seed in a professional manner at all times, whilst embodying Seeds values at all times.
They understand their clients business needs and understand the fundamentals of delivering a winning proposal, whilst confidently taking responsibility for all operational aspects and objectives.
They are always steps ahead, by anticipating the clients needs and potential hurdles with contingency plans at the ready
This is a 1 year fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent
