Account Director / Senior Account Director – Exceptional Boutique Agency – London - To £65k

This agency is undoubtedly London’s best kept secret. Six years in they are at the top of their game and are currently turning away more work than they take on.

Due to an internal promotion, the agency is now seeking a talented Account Director or Senior Account Director to help drive the business further forward.

The agency

The team is 14 strong and they like it that way - they prefer to be agile and responsive and don’t ever want to become a big agency monster!

They all work hard but play harder. Client-centric, they are very much an extension of their clients’ marketing departments and clients love working with them. A lot of their clients have been with them since their day one as their output is so strong, not only creatively but strategically.

In addition to a growing account handling department, they have a full-service creative team. One of the Founding Partners is the Creative Director and the other spearheads Planning & Strategy.

Highly ambitious, the agency has a very flat, ego-free structure and always prefers to promote from within. There are no glass ceilings here – promotion and pay rises are awarded without delay.

The Account Director / Senior Account Director role

The AD/SAD position has become available due to a SAD at the agency having been recently promoted to Client Partner.

You will manage two Account Managers in the role.

The accounts

You will work on the market-leading contact lens brand and additionally the agency’s flagship account - a sugar substitute business that markets household-name brands in more than 90 countries. The account is rock solid and has been with the agency since day one.

The agency delivers lots of new product launches and initiatives across EMEA and globally (local markets) for the contact lens brand which includes the development of creative toolkits. The account is highly strategic and requires solid organisation skills.

The agency is responsible for some of the creative origination within brand guidelines. It’s also a very creative account where the team needs to be big on ideas – there is a lot of content to create and assets to deliver and the agency gets involved in photoshoots too.

The account that you will spend the remainder of your time working on will be discussed at interview as it involves a brand-new win.

Salary, benefits - and probation bonus!

Salary depends on experience and up to £65k, and uniquely the agency will pay you an additional £1k ‘joining bonus’ once you have successfully passed your three-month probation.

They also have a quarterly bonus scheme which is based on company profitability and individual contribution.
