This award-winning design and brand creation communications agency with global reach have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Brand Strategy/Strategy Director to head up their brand strategy consultancy offer. Delivering strategic and commercial advantage for a broad range of global companies from pharma & charity to legal & energy their work includes corporate branding, B2B, B2C and everything in between with specialisms including research, strategy, naming, digital and sustainability. 

This is pivotal role for a natural leader to build, motivate, and strengthen a diverse team of experienced consultants – you can manage with a light touch, you are diplomatic, and able to bring people on the journey and ensure brilliant creative outcomes. You might currently be a Head of Strategy looking for an opportunity to really shape a team, or a Strategy Director who is ready to step up to a leadership role. The team is located across three offices in London, NYC and Mumbai and work collaboratively to ensure their brand consultancy offer is as closely aligned.

Culturally aware, with international experience gained from a reputable creative agency environment, a key part of your role will be to ensure connectivity between teams, and across the stages in their methodology. This will also include working with marketing, new business, and senior management to help respond to new opportunities. 

Key duties and required attributes experience include:

  • Developing methodology and tools to drive both quality and consistency 
  • Involvement in both new business/pitching and marketing activity 
  • entrepreneurial with passion and enthusiasm for the industry
  • a strong researcher: quick at finding facts and filling gaps in knowledge
  • a strategic thinker: able to find alignment between concepts and themes
  • articulate, presenting brilliantly in person, virtually, and in writing
