Europe's leading entertainment brand based in West London are going through an exciting period of growth. Currently, their award winning internal creative agency is the European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across  European Markets.

They are looking to cater for their German market from the UK, which starts with the hire of a German speaking Creative Director focusing on promotions. As Creative Director, you will be expected to manage and direct local promotion vendors ,as well as collaborate with internal advertising teams working on shared market campaigns.

Daily responsibilities will include…

  • Driving the highest quality AV output across all make list promotions for the German market.
  • Be the ultimate approver of all promotions ahead of delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with the promo vendors and keep reviewing the portfolio & quality of output.
  • Build strong relationships with content & marketing stakeholders in the German office and lead on any presentations / approval sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate proactively with the shared campaigns team on the transcreation for the German market.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director Advertising in Germany on campaigns that require AV support.
  • Partner with the producer on promos to ensure creative ambition and operational & production frameworks are balanced and aligned.
Experience required…

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Have been responsible for a brand’s creative output with demonstrated experience of running a piece of business or being very much ready to do so.
  • Proven record of leading teams able to produce award winning creative
  • Good understanding of the German sports landscape and the entertainment industry in general.
  • In depth experience of the promotions and broadcast creative processes, including limitations and regulations specific to the German market.
  • A good understanding of brands and brand behaviours to ensure all promotions are on brand.
