Job Title - Account Director

The Role / Company

Major Players are working with an award-winning experiential and digital agency who are looking for an Account Director to head up one of their largest accounts. This small to medium sized agency provides a number of services including integrated campaigns, live experiences, influencer campaigns, and social and digital experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with a major global brand, helping the agency to drive the account while leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on a range of integrated campaigns
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients
  • Deliver proposals
  • Win and grow new and existing clients
  • Ensure KPIs are exceeded
  • Oversee all strategic output
  • Manage the day-to-day finances of accounts including structuring project fees, overseeing cost estimates, tracking resource, reconciling cost estimates and manage the profitability of their accounts

    • Key Experience

    • Integrated channel experience as an Account Director
    • Paid social knowledge (a bonus not essential)
    • Experience line managing a team
    • Strategically minded
    • Commercially savvy

    Salary

    • £50-65k, £50,000-£60,000
