We are looking for someone inspirational, who understands that client leadership isn’t just about excellent delivery but also planning and growth. Where clients can engage with you, share ideas and feel that you can help them reach their destinations.
As a Group Account Director, you will be surrounded by a very strong supportive team that will ensure that they deliver on your word. But to do that you will need to have experience guiding teams and helping them grow as well. This will be a collective experience where you’ll have hungry minds wanting to learn from you.

If you’re a Senior Account Director or currently a Group Account Director then you won’t need me to spell out the essential skills. But as a top line here are just a few key skills we’d like you to have:
- Solid experience within B2B marketing, ideally working on tech accounts
- A skilled and inspirational communicator, presenting with exceptional gravitas
- Able to work at a strategic level across multiple accounts
- Strong creative direction and ability to critique
- Ability to proactively seek and convert opportunities to grow the accounts you look after
- Excellent people manager with an ability to inspire, motivate, mentor and build commitment inside and outside of your department
As an experienced Group Account Director our client offers a very competitive salary ranging between £65-70k plus benefits.
This will also be a hybrid role whereby you can split your time between the office and home. When the situation allows though we would expect you in the office, with your teams at least twice a week. Especially in the early days whilst you establish those meaningful relationships.
