The Agency

A leading independent creative brand and marketing agency working with a wonderful array of clients across tech, education, financial services, and not-for-profit. Client Director - the role:

The team is looking for a talented and proactive Client Director to join the client services team to work closely with the strategy partner and take ownership of their own accounts and clients. They'll need to be experienced enough to hold their own with very senior level clients. They will input into strategic decision-making, write proposals, and successfully manage projects from start to completion. They will form beneficial long-term relationships with key clients whilst ensuring all work is of the highest possible standard. They will have an in-depth knowledge of their client's business and all agency services, and act as the senior point of contact on a day-to-day basis.

The role itself is stimulating, intellectually challenging but rewarding. The Client Director will need to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently so must therefore have initiative and self-drive. They will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong client relationships.


  • 5-7 years’ creative or brand agency experience
  • Knowledge of brand and brand communications, from a branding or brand comms agency
  • Experience of working across a broad client base in terms of sectors
  • Experience of working with an integrated team – strategy, creative, production, copywriting, motion, developers
  • Friendly, energetic, hands-on with a good sense of humour
