My client is looking for an Account Director to join their OOH Sales team working though the line from Agencies through to Specialists. You will be given your own agency patch and target, and rewarded for your achievements with a great achievable commission structure
I have been recruiting for this client for the past 8 years so know how much commission the sales team bring home which is why they have a very low staff turnover as not only can you make great money the working culture is relaxed and fun.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
To develop profitable relationships with key contacts within your designated Agency's and Specialist's by means of telephone, face to face and now Zoom meetings and presentations.
Formulate plans to educate the market on the D6 Network
To meet designated targets for client meetings and sales proposals
To deliver a monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
To play an active role in supporting other members of the sales team
To contribute to pitches via brainstorms, general support etc.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Minimum of 3 years media sales experience ideally from an Outdoor background
Highly organised with the ability to work without direct supervision, to prioritise, to work under pressure & show attention to detail
A proven record of dealing with blue-chip clients and senior level contacts on the planning and buying departments
Articulate and self-confident with strong personal communication skills plus excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship building skills and able to represent the company internally and externally
An understanding of the OOH market and Specialist contacts would be advantageous
