About the Role

The Senior Designer is a senior member of the marketing team and will be working on creative projects from brief to delivery.

The role would include, but is not limited to, the production of brand collateral, print materials, web content for client engagement and promotional pieces for, product and support materials, trade shows and events space.

From time to time, you may be asked to work on other projects within the Business Unit.

This role requires a proactive, self-starter who can manage their time and delivery commitments independently and work closely with the Art Director and other brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-month workflows and plans with a project management focus.
  • Work and manage project briefs from start to completion.
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant business partners to produce assets.
  • Stay up to date on design best practices and innovation.
  • Train others to improve know-how and design capability across the business.
  • Design digital and print materials for different projects, including social campaigns, events and branding collateral, etc.
  • Manage creative projects while continually sharing progress with the Art Director.
  • Representing the Art Director both internally and in external forums as and when needed.

Ideal candidate

  • Good communication and collaboration skills - especially with Business Partners.
  • Experience developing multi-month workflows and plans with a project management focus.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • A specific skill or strength is beneficial (coding, illustration, photography, UX, motion graphics etc.)
  • Skills in typography, colour, print, and web layout is essential.
  • Comfortable with following direction and receiving feedback as required.
  • Excellent organisational skills required; must be able to handle multiple projects and produce a high volume of quality work within tight deadlines.
