Job Title - Senior Account Manager

The Role / Company

Major Players is working with a global packaging and brand experience agency providing collaborative and ingenious solutions to purposeful brands. They are looking for a trend-savvy Senior Account Manager to work closely with a Senior Account Executive and Account Director to provide strong client handling across their B2B and B2C portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who isn't afraid to go the extra mile for their clients, and has a passion for design, innovation, comms and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the production and creative team to maintain EMEA and UK corporate clients by advising and creative innovative, data-driven campaigns, content, and collateral to improve brand performance
  • Ensure best-in-class communication, account handling and relationship management across the client portfolio, preserving good rapport and updates on projects
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects for various accounts to agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help define project overview, resource requirements and cost estimates
  • Document client technical and business requirements that define and deliver appropriate digital solutions
  • Support and manage a Senior Account Executive on their account's growth as well as their self-development and progress
  • Identify tactical opportunities to develop the business' network in the account and introduce other agency services
  • Ensure that internal and client sign offs are obtained on all key project deliverables
  • Pitch confidently to clients with an assertive attitude to promote

Experience Required

  • 3+ years' Account Management experience within a Branding/Marketing/Advertising/Creative agency
  • Experience producing print collateral as well as delivering digital solutions across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc)
  • Comfortable to report and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Salary

  • £38k - £40k, £38,000 - £40,000
