I am excited to be working with a Global Financial Services business that are constantly expanding. Disrupting the market with a product that is pushing over 4M customers worldwide to their platforms and their customer base is getting bigger every day!

As the business and team grow and expand, they are on the lookout for a Paid Social Media Manager to join their ever growing team.

I am looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join this fast growing Global Marketing team. Working alongside the existing Paid Social team, you'll help scale one of the largest and most exciting performance marketing channels within the business. They have a global remit covering 50 countries and multiple languages across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

Working as part of this exciting brand you will be responsible for:

Planning Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms.
Optimising existing activity to give the best ROAS possible.
Responsible for the Paid Social user acquisition in a significant portion of markets.
Working closely with in-house creative team to create best in class collateral for channels.
Guiding and educating the wider marketing team on how they can best work with Paid Social as a channel to get the best results possible from their campaigns.

The Paid Social Media Manager will need:

3-5 years' experience within Paid Social and a true Paid Social specialist with experience across multiple platforms.
A proven track record of large scale user acquisition.
The ability to manage large budgets with confidence and efficiency.
Great analytical skills including Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Smartly.io a big plus.
