Is it me, or does it feel like 2022 is already 3 months old?
We’re moving forward, but it doesn’t feel full throttle as client confidence isn’t there, yet.
We can see that things are waking up, but we’re still a long way from where we want to be.
Or is it?
Some agencies have been kicking ass and taking names during the pandemic.
Grinding, hustling, pivoting and stomping all over the competition.
Not this one though.
As that approach is ridiculous, such a cliché and not the culture here.
Yes, they’ve grown turnover to £10m, yes they’ve won targeted new business and yes they’ve looked after the 25 strong team during this nightmare.
But they’re still on moving forward.
Hence they’re recruiting, for quite a chunky role actually.
They’re looking for someone who gets excited by plate spinning, but also likes to ensure there’s a safety net to catch anything.
Someone who wants to be the lead with not one, but two brand new key accounts needing activations, exhibitions, experiences and conferences delivered internationally.
Someone who likes project management as much as budgets, creativity as well as strategy and someone who likes to lead and develop others so their own career can move forward too.
