Our full service agency client is looking for a Senior Digital designer to join their team. They are looking for someone who understands user-centred and experience design but can also bring a high level of art direction and design craft and to a project. Their projects cross over a wide range of work in the digital space, from campaigns to data driven customer engagement experiences.
They're looking for someone who can take the initiative, solve problems, work collaboratively and make things. Someone who can run projects, present to internal teams and also to clients, work with more junior members of the design team to help them to develop and push their work forward. Someone who can help shape our ways of working specifically around how we make digital work.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CreativeWork with strategy, creative, ux, tech and the account teams to develop effective design solutions.Develop work that pushes the briefs and can bring new knowledge and thinking to the projects.Leading projects from concept to delivery, handover and oversee builds.Taking the initiative and push work beyond initial ask, however big or small the brief might be.
Client ContactRunning team and client working session, reviews and presentations.Develop relationships and work collaboratively across agencies.
Team ManagementMotivate the whole team with positive attitude and manage the middleweight/junior designers where available.
