Account Manager - Global Creative Ad Agency

Our Account Managers work across a number of key accounts and as part of the client service team. We are looking for someone who can create an environment where no problem cannot be creatively solved, and where the client relationship and ideas thrive.
Hybrid Working / Southampton or London Office Base
£30,000 - £40,000

Clients: Iconic brands such as Activision, B&Q, Bacardi and CooperVision.
About The Role:
Working alongside a Client Director you will make a positive impact to a handful of client accounts, including the likes of Activision, Epic, Riot Games as well as Amazon, RNLI and B&Q. These accounts vary in size and work, but all are fast paced and offer amazing opportunities to do great work and provide personal progression.
You’ll be passionate about the industry and effective creative work and have proven experience of developing strong relationships with all client contacts and colleagues. You care about contributing to client satisfaction and have the ability to spot opportunities which add value to the client relationship, grow the account and push the work.
You’ll be accountable for the day-to-day commercials on your account and work with Producers on project finances. You’ll demonstrate a strong sense of commercial responsibility, recognising the importance of PO’s and billing. You’ll also be able to present key commercial data and business information with your wider team.
You’ve got proven experience of knowing your client’s target audience, their relationship with the client’s brand and how this impacts their communication strategy. Along with being able to articulate the different brand positions for your client’s key competitors. You also demonstrate good creative judgement with internal reviews and creative conversations and can understand client development plans and know your role to deliver against them.
We’re looking for someone who’s a clear communicator and active listener with infectious positivity, energy and willingness to get involved. You’ve got some experience in agency environments and are looking for your next adventure in the world of marketing and account management.

Your working day can be flexible around your needs with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
