Our client is an established and provocative B2B marcoms agency that primarily focus on the EMEA regions within the tech space.

Nuts and bolts: 
Specialising in the B2B tech space, they work with a number of global tech brands, focusing on the EMEA regions, creating and delivering strategy lead campaigns. Although integrated one of their key strengths is within ABM and content marketing. 
Due to their continued growth they are now seeking a Growth and Strategy Director that has the experience and ability to be part of the driving force behind this agency’s strategic offering. 
This position is a client-facing role and will see you working across the full B2B tech client portfolio. Working closely with the founding partners and management teams. 
To be suitable for the role you will have already had experience as a Senior Planner, Senior Account Director or Strategy Director gained at a reputable marketing agency or consultancy within the ABM B2B tech sector. 
Below is a shortlist of some of the key experiences we’re looking for:

  • Strong ABM B2B TECH strategic background within agency 
  • Understanding and experience in brand proposition and campaign led activities
  • Strong client facing experience – ability to client lead and take ownership whenever required
  • Experience in research and analysis – ability to deep dive into market sectors and competitor analysis
  • Strong team player and experienced at working with client service and creative teams 
  • Enjoy working in a flat team structure 
  • Understanding of and appreciation of the importance of Data in developing marketing strategy
