Senior Client Manager - Brand and Experience Design Agency

This fabulous, growing studio with global reach who work at the intersection of brand and experience design are looking for a talented Senior Client Manager to join their creative team. They design to connect brands with culture, customers, and colleagues for a range of prestigious brands by combining data science, design thinking and creative magic. 

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager who is a strong communicator with impeccable organisational skills. Positive and proactive – you like to cultivate a positive and energetic culture that enables your team to do their best work. Working on a range of clients and internal projects, providing support to the Client Directors, and leading your own projects. Ideally you will have 4 years brand experience (including digital or an understanding how digital plays into it) gained from a reputable agency.

Key focus of the role and skills required include: 

• Strong project management skills: Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking 

• Lead by example, creating a collaborative team environment amongst all employees, and building strong relationships with your direct team 
• Contributing in a way that supports an inclusive culture which embraces diversity of thought
• A fun, kind, curious, and engaging person to have as a colleague 
• Possessing good judgment, integrity, empathy with people, drive, and enthusiasm 
• A consummate professional and diplomat, willing to challenge clients on briefs when appropriate 
• Setting and enforcing the gold standard with your colleagues in the Client Management team
