As part of your role you will be responsible for overseeing and setting marketing strategies for some of the UK’s leading companies within the high growth sectors of Finance, Technology and Life Sciences sectors.

Your day-to-day role will include gathering insights, mapping customer journeys and structuring integrated marketing campaigns capable of delivering to our clients objectives.

You will need to be highly proficient at running discover workshops, planning
internal creative sessions and work strategically with our performance team to set cross channel media plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching clients to understand them and their objectives

  • Plan and run workshops with clients

  • Develop brand stories, through the funnel messaging, buyer personas and product

    value propositions.

  • Putting together strategic plans to uncover opportunities and stimulate the

    growth of our clients.

Essential Skills and Experience

Desired Experience:
• Experience working with Financial services, Life Science and Technology brands is a

plus. Personal Attributes:

• Flexible

  • Ability to work closely and communicate with executive level clients is essential.

  • 6-10 years hands-on experience in the development of insight and strategy and

    experience working in creative/advertising agencies

  • Experience in working across disciplines (creative/ media/ digital/ social/

    commerce) to create effective customer journeys on paid, owned, and earned channels is key

  • Confident

  • Commercially aware.
