Key Accountabilities

• 
  Editing all brand owned and UGC video content, for social, paid social and site
• 
  Concepting and occasionally shooting video content
• 
  Creating gifs for email and other marketing campaigns
• 
  Editing footage into a clear narrative bespoke to each social and digital platform
• 
  Applying type treatments, logos and subtitles to video content
• 
  Tell engaging stories through motion graphics and animation
• 
  Create and ensure consistency of each brands' motion graphics output (including the creation of a set of guidelines once a visual style is agreed)
• 
  Pushing brands forward visually within their respective brand feel
• 
  Staying on top of industry trends
• 
  Apply insights from the E-commerce, Social and Sales teams to video creative

Experience and Knowledge

• 
  2 years' Experience within the Beauty industry
• 
  Extensive knowledge of editing software
• 
  Progression and/or self-development in previous roles
• 
  Keen interest and knowledge of motion graphics and video trends in this industry
• 
  Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud, After Effects, DreamWeaver and Premiere Pro
• 
  Experience gained from a luxury background
• 
  Prior experience working in a similar Video Editing or Motion Graphics Designer role
