Their clients are the top enterprises of the world who want to use their products to help their staff reach their optimum potential. The company's offerings also helps corporations' C-suite, and HR and L&D teams in making strategic decisions. They achieve this using behavioral science and a whole lot of scientific research. Having gone through a lot of growth in the UK, the company is now all set to achieve similar (if not more) growth in the US and are looking to invest heavily in a Head of Marketing who will be their lead Storyteller. Head of Marketing - The RoleThe Head of Marketing will understand the role of right content and communications to enterprise clients and have a passion for B2B marketing. The right candidate will be well-versed in HR or L&D or business economy current affairs and have a passion for all things psychology. The client's target market is A) CEOs and CHROs of the US and UK's largest companies who are unconvinced that what they are doing is working but don't know what the alternative isB) The 500k professionals in these companies who come to my client for live/digital programme each year The company's team of behaviour scientists and researchers have identified both why current workplace approaches don't work and what to do that will, in areas as wide-ranging as leadership, well-being, ethics, diversity & inclusion, respect and productivity. With their evidence-based views on every hot workplace topic, and useful contributions to make on the big issues of the day, this company is shaping the debate in the C-suite and beyond. As the Marketing leader in this business, you would be expected to A) develop and execute a marketing strategy that
- Greatly accelerates the number and quality of leads coming into the business using the right content across the right platformsDramatically increase our online presence and the quality of web traffic from the 'court of HR'Deepens the relationship with CHROs and their deputies with an active programme of round-tables, summits and other live experiences
- have led a team in the pasthave a great eye for detailhave worked within B2B marketing space and led to growthhave worked in the US market. This experience is desirable but not essential.have worked in an IP-space/SaaS before.be ambitious and see how to seize this opportunity to accelerate the company's growth, redefine the market and transform the lives of millions of people across the world.
