Our client is an independent global player within the brand marketing and consumer packaging arena and have a fantastic reputation for creating some of the most eye catching and success consumer packaging identities on the market today. 


Due to ongoing success, we are seeking an experiences Business Director who is able to oversee the management and delivery on 2-3 key brands within the consumer packaging goods arena. 


You will be supported by a well versed and trusted team of account handlers, creatives and production specialists to ensure that you are able to deliver for your clients. 


To be suitable for this role you must be able to operate at C suite level as well as have a background in brand identity and brand strategy within the consumer packaging marketing. As well as be comfortable leading a team. 


This role will see you sit alongside 4 other Business Directors who each have overall responsibility for their own portfolio’s. You will be one of them. 


Due to the nature of this role, as you will be liaising at c suite level you will also be expected to continue to unlock new opportunities within the client portfolio, whilst developing new and meaningful relationships. 


Although the agency is based in London you will be able to split your time between working from home and being in the office. You should expect to be in the office between 2-3 days per week. Certainly, to begin with as more and more of your team tend to be office based. 



  • Client relationships – act as trusted partner and advisor, have a thorough understanding of the client’s business objectives and aspirations, encourage deeper conversations around potential opportunities, navigate issue resolution with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Highly experienced in brand identity and brand strategy within the consumer packaging arena
  • Business Acumen - gain a clear understanding of the client’s business from a strategic and business context in order to identify, develop and offer the client the best possible creative solutions to their business’s problem
  • Commercial Acumen - have an informed view of the commercial implications of both internal decisions and external influences, at a micro (project) and macro (account) level with the ability to maturely engage with clients and internal stakeholders on commercial topics as well as problem solve where needed to protect the interests of the agency and the relationship.
  • Team management – inspire, mentor, motivate and guide your team for exceptional delivery of high-quality work 
  • Collaboration – have a proactive and influential approach in ensuring senior stakeholders across the agency are engaged with the ambition and resource their team requires to support the ambition of work. Knowledgeable about how to manage key mid-level stakeholders in the client organisation to protect and promote the agencies ambitions.
  • Problem solving and decision making – able to take a holistic view of the projects or activities you/your team are working on to identify future opportunities and risks. Able to think and act decisively as required to problem solve fast, understanding where leadership support is needed.

Based on experience, our client is offering a very competitive salary ranging between £80k - £90k plus benefits.
