This is one of the top creative agencies out there, they're one of the best, it's that simple! Truly integrated, they manage brand, ATL, digital, CX, retail, social and content, and more. They won a huge account this year, and it's just getting bigger and bigger. Due to the brilliant work they created after the pitch, the remit is growing at a pace at a global level.
It's a brand in the drinks space, targeting Gen Z / the youth market, and they're looking for a Business Director to help direct parts of the business. The Business Director will have a very clear understanding of how to target this market, through digital, social, content, retail, brands and advertising work. You'll need to be a Business Director who has a view point about this and help to develop smart creative work that resonates with this audience.
The agency in London works closely with their US team, and we'll need a Business Director who wants to help grow this brand globally.
Business Director role is based in in their London office. The Business Director will lead the global direction of the brand as it rolls out globally, creating the brand architecture to be rolled out across all of their markets. You'll be a Business Director who understands how to manage global work, and global clients. This is a must for this one.
The brand is very much culture-first, advertising second, so the key challenge is creating the structure to do that, and being able to lead a team in getting to world-beating creative in that area. The Business Director is likely to have worked on both traditional and non-traditional clients, and ideally you'll be a Business Director who has worked across globally clients who make cutting edge work.
You'll be a Business Director with a proven experience of delivering large complex campaigns, with complex stakeholder relationships. You'll be a very natural leader, someone with a wealth of experience, and you'll be a Business Director who can share this experience with others.
You'll be a Business Director who can demonstrate an understanding and experience of delivering truly integrated work, including organic, digital-first, culture-driven social campaigns. We know this audience is selective over the media they view, therefore the Business Director needs to understand how to engage. The Business Director will work closely with the agency's top creatives and strategists, so you must be a Business Director who can hold their own with smart leaders.
We need a Business Director who has experience leading teams, and also building teams. The scope of work is growing at pace, and you'll be a Business Director who can lead this. You will have an interest in Gen Z culture and tribal marketing, and you'll be a Business Director who has experience working on brands that target this audience.
The Business Director will ideally have experience working on global campaigns across multiple markets and you'll have an understanding of how to create PR-driven campaigns, which run at an integrated level. The Business Director needs to have experience working on ATL campaigns and toolkitting. The London agency works very closely with their US agency, and you'll be a Business Director who can manage and oversee projects of varying levels.
