Senior Account Manager role –

The team are keen to hire a fantastic Senior Account Manager. You’ll naturally be attracted to great creative work and be someone who loves to understand what makes a brand a great brand. Someone curious, energetic and happy taking the initiative.

You’ll manage and coordinate accounts and the projects within the account. You’ll be the main link with the client at all times, developing and managing the relationship, and ensuring outstanding service is delivered across their business. So you’ll need to be happy taking ownership and leading it.

You’ll manage the design development and production management process from initial conception through to final delivery

You’ll scope out and prepare proposals, briefs and estimates, working with the Directors for guidance and approval.

You’ll assist in progress meetings, to schedule and resource efficiently and effectively.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the team aware of any change in resource needs, expectations deadlines etc.

You’ll attend client meetings and be the main point of contact to ensure actions are met.

You’ll be proactive in developing existing client relationships further.

You’ll be responsible for managing all account related finances.
