The hunt is on for a New Business and Marketing Director who wants to be part of and help drive growth.
We are looking for a new business and agency marketing professional with proven agency side experience to drive new business into the agency. IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT THIS PERSON HAS BD EXPERIENCE IN A MEDIA AGENCY.
You will create the new business strategy and own all aspects of the pitch process - credentials, RFI, chemistry, RFP and final presentations working with the team to develop winning pitch stories and delivering successful outcomes. You will manage their external lead generation agency and work with them to deliver the plan.
The Marketing element of the role will require you to create the full marketing pack for new work created by the agency (ie social posts, case study, website etc), ensure agency case studies are uptodate, oversee the awards process, manage PR agency and many more marketing related activities.
We would like to hear from people who have agency side business development experience, who has a track record of winning big brands. You'll be someone who can add strategic input and leadership on pitches, exceptionally organised, able to juggle many balls at the same time and the kind of person who just gets stuff done.
