Job Title - Business Director

The Role / Company

A global design and branding agency are looking for a Business Director to join the team! This agency provide innovative branding, strategy, packaging and digital solutions to some of the biggest brands in the FMCG space! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who not only wants to work with incredible clients but that wants to join an agency that is committed to giving back to charity and working towards sustainable goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure best-in-class communication, account handling and relationship management across the client portfolio
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to grow and build accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help define project overview, resource requirements and cost estimates
  • Manage client meetings and lead on pitches
  • Identify tactical opportunities to develop the business' network in the account and introduce other agency services
  • Take responsibility for the strategic growth of accounts
  • Manage and oversee the development of the team including Senior Account Managers and Account Directors

    • Experience Required

  • Experience as a Senior Account Director or Business Director
  • Experience within a Design/Branding/Creative/Packaging Agency
