Senior Account Manager – Global Networked Agency – Central London – To £45k

This iconic agency needs no introduction. Due to unprecedented growth, it is seeking an agency-skilled Senior Account Manager with an interest in current affairs to join its expanding team.

Full remote working is on offer with this role – you could be located anywhere in the UK to qualify provided you can travel to London when required for important client meetings. 

The job involves client visits and research trips abroad so if you enjoy travelling as part of your work you will love this role! You will also be joining a very sociable team.

There is also the opportunity to be based overseas eventually if that is of interest.

The Senior Account Manager role

The agency is looking for an agency experienced Senior Account Manager fascinated by politics and world affairs.

Requirements

  • An interest in global / cultural affairs and geopolitics – you may have a degree in politics, economics or war studies but this isn’t essential
  • 360 production experience – you will be working on multichannel campaigns as well as series-style film productions, so an understanding of creative processes and working with senior stakeholders
  • Line management experience - you will have two direct reports
  • Experience of reporting and measurement – you will be working on a social-first strategy-led account so understanding metrics and how to report on them could give you an advantage

The role would particularly suit a SAM who is interested in creative as well as strategy. You can really grow your skill set with both in this position and there is huge scope for progression. If you are a midweight SAM looking to step into an AD role soon this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Any experience of working with the civil service, local government or international NGOs could give you an advantage but isn’t essential. However, an interest in world affairs is crucial.

Salary and benefits

The salary is up to £45k depending on experience and comes with a host of hard and soft benefits.
