Midweight Strategist – Digitally Led Integrated Fundraising Agency – Central London / Hybrid – c£40k

Friendly integrated fundraising agency in Central London seeks Midweight Strategist with a passion for good causes.

The agency

Based in London N1, this thriving not-for-profit creative agency makes brilliant, impactful work for some of the world’s biggest and best-known charities.

Its passionate, dedicated team of around 30 pushes the boundaries with an integrated creative approach and a strong emphasis on digital fundraising.

Now, due to volume of work and new business wins, they are looking for an experienced Strategist to join their flourishing strategy department.

The Midweight Strategist role

This newly created role is a great opportunity to help shape the agency’s approach to strategy.

  • You will play a key role in generating insights and developing strategies that will help your clients connect with their audiences in the Charity, Education and Membership sectors
  • A people person, you are naturally curious and tapped into cultural, sector and tech trends
  • You have a solid foundation of research skills especially qual and quant
  • You are comfortable working across different media channels, in particular digital
  • You can identify problems and opportunities and are adept at communicating your ideas clearly to clients and creatives
  • You have between two and five years’ strategy experience, gained either on the agency or client side
  • And lastly you love building relationships to make sure your work is the best it can be!

Work from home

This is chiefly a work-from-home position. The agency has a refreshingly grown-up, flexible approach to hybrid working, with most people spending at least one day in the office each week – or more if you prefer.

Salary and benefits
