Account Director / Senior Account Director – Boutique B2B Agency – Central London – to £70k + bonus

This stunning boutique B2B strategic marketing agency is London’s best kept secret.

Based in a beautiful part of Central London, they are now seeking an Account Director or Senior Account Director with an integrated skill set and the drive and enthusiasm to work on some stunning B2B accounts.

The agency

This strategic marketing agency is going places – and quickly. Working with some of the world’s biggest and best brands, it specialises in delivering fully integrated campaigns, content marketing strategies and brand repositioning for a fascinating mix of clients across tech, engineering and sports.

With a 12-strong permanent team, they have an ambitious, growth mindset and are shooting to be 20 people by the end of the year.

The Account Director / Senior Account Director role

You will report into a Client Director and oversee the delivery of a plethora of 360 campaigns including leadership campaigns, product launch campaigns, lead generation campaigns (digital advertising, social media, landing pages, films, animations, sales toolkits, emails), etc.

You will have at least one Senior Account Manager reporting into you.

The role offers you the chance to:

  • Be a big part of the team and take on a high level of responsibility
  • Flex your strategic muscles to help develop creative, insight-led campaigns
  • Develop and grow senior client relationships

Experience required

Alongside at least five years agency experience, the ideal skill set includes some or all of the following: (collateral) production, press advertising, digital marketing, content creation (including film), direct marketing, social media, video and design.

B2B experience is also preferred but NOT essential although a genuine desire to work with some great B2B companies is required.

The ambition to deliver in a truly strategic environment is also a must.

Work from home policy

This is 100% flexible! You can choose to be in the office as little as once a fortnight or you can come in every day. It’s entirely your choice.

Salary

The salary you will be offered is based on experience and up to £70k. It also comes with a discretionary bonus and some great benefits too.
