Global Marketing Manager
ABOUT US: We are a global brand agency, with a long and successful history in delivering global roll-out programmes, across environments and interiors, for global brands, such as FEDEX, Accenture, HSBC and Nokia.
More recently, we’ve been investing in our people, creating innovative in-house technologies and developing our brand, creative, marketing and advertising capabilities in readiness for a new elevated era for GLIMMA, where we will focus on our key markets of USA, Europe, India and the Middle East.
We are now looking to welcome a Global Marketing Manager to our Commercial Team to co-develop and drive the delivery of our multi-sector Global Marketing Strategy.
JOB TITLE: Global Marketing Manager
REPORTING TO: Commercial Director
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: GLIMMA Studios, London + Working from Home + Occasional Travel.
START DATE: Immediate
FLEXIBLE WORKING: This is a full-time hybrid role. A normal working week will include a minimum of three days working from the GLIMMA studio in London, but will also include days working from home or at client offices, over a flexible 5-day week, subject to the needs of the business and clients.
THE ROLE SUMMARY:
The candidate will be joining the team at an exciting point in our strategic trajectory and will be able to bring their ideas and expertise to the finessing and delivery of the strategic programme for 2022/23.
The cornerstones of the role are: Brand, Marketing, Performance and Purpose
Brand Management - as senior brand guardian you will be responsible for ensuring the GLIMMA brand is positioned and promoted at a consistently high standard across every touchpoint. You will curate and deliver with the GLIMMA studio team brand stories that demonstrate our capabilities, and reflect our values to our employees, partners and existing and future clients, ensuring we differentiate ourselves from our competitors.
Marketing and Content Creation - the role will include full responsible for researching markets, annual marketing plans, content programmes, budgets, owned media tactics, paid media, advertising campaigns, creative concepts, photoshoots and filming for channel marketing, LinkedIn, ‘thought leadership’ article development, media relations, PR campaigns, event management and curated content development programmes across intranet, web, and social media.
The candidate will work closely with the GLIMMA studio team to curate content but will have ultimate responsibility for marketing the brand content to audiences and sectors set out by the Commercial Team.
Performance Optimisation - you will lead the development and management of a performance programme which ensures that our marketing programme and channel performance are consistently optimised. This will include all advertising, channel and sales conversion CRM metrics, and qualitative research with clients, suppliers and partners.
Purpose - we are an organisation that has had an inclusive international culture, and an active environmental outlook for many years. But we, our partners, our suppliers, can all do more. An important part of this role will require the candidate to work with the Managing Director and Commercial Director to redefine why and how we do what we do for our people, partners, clients and their customers.
About You - an experienced international B2B or B2C marketing professional, you will be highly organised, commercially astute, and a keen team communicator and leader. You will bring your colleagues, partners, and suppliers with you on this pioneering approach to positioning GLIMMA to multiple clients, in multiple markets. You will be the personification of the brand, and will inspire ever member of the GLIMMA team to ensure our brand values are always enthusiastically played out.
Always innovating, always challenging the norm, and always finding ways to build the new benchmark in creating a first-choice global brand, you will be the in-house champion of optimising brand and marketing performances.
